Oha Girl from Girls² (おはガール from Girls²) were the Oha Girls from the Children's Morning Show 'Oha Suta' or "Good Morning Studio' from April 2019 to October 2021. Originally a 5 member unit from April 2019, they were later joined by the 4 mirage2 members on April 2020.
On March 26, 2021, the 5 senior Oha Girls graduated, with the remaining 4 to later graduate on October 1.
History[]
2019: Debut[]
On March 31, 2019 new OhaGirls were announced for the children's morning show "OhaSuta". These would include 5 members of Girls2, not including the 3 members of mirage2 at the time.[1] This then divided the group into two sub-units, OhaGirls and mirage2.
The 5 girls continued to use their own individual theme colors along with their own filming days. In comparison to last year's OhaGirls theme of kimono's, this year is sports themed with each school semester having a different theme song. In semester 1 it was "Hashire! GetsuKaSuiMokuKinyoubi!, semester 2 "Ohayou no Smile and in the 3rd semester "Girl meets Girl.
The girls perform at various lives and free release events as well as coming every morning to film the show.
From this sub-unit, another was created "Misaki Kurea from Girls2", where they provided the ending theme "Friendship No.1" for the anime Puzzle & Dragons. Through OhaSuta, Misaki received a minor role of Sawa Abiko in episode 39 of "Jimoto ga Japan". [2]
On March 3, 2020, Oha Suta announced they will be featuring a series of animated segments starring the members and titled Girl School. ~St. Girls Square Academy~. It will air on April 6 every Monday with Girls2 voicing their own characters, as well as providing the opening theme, "Centimeter".
2020: mirage2 join as Oha Girls[]
Announced through OhaSuta on March 27, 2020, the four mirage2 members will join the OhaGirls, making all 9 Girls2 members part of the OhaSuta cast. Upon joining, their outfits changed from sports themed to school uniforms, to be similar to GaruGaku.
They will participate in Ciao Online Fest on September 27 where they will perform a medley of GaruGaku songs.
2021: GaruGaku Complete Best, AnimeLIVE & Graduation[]
On January 24, 2021 via OhaSuta, the GaruGaku. Complete Best album and AnimeLIVE 2021 was announced.
As announced on the March 5 broadcast of Ohasuta, the senior Oha Girls Yuzuha, Momoka, Misaki, Youka and Kurea are to graduate as Ohagirls. Minami, Kira, Toa and Ran are to continue. Their graduation special took place on March 26, 2021.
With the new broadcast from April 5, the 4 Oha Girls received rugby-styled uniforms.
On September 5, Minami, Toa, Kira and Ran were announced to graduate as Oha Girls on October 1. The baton touch was held, with the next Oha Girls being Lucky2.

- The 2021 - 2021 generation of Oha Girls had the most Oha Girls in the history of Oha Suta.
- The numbers used by the first 5 Oha Girls, Misaki, Yuzuha, Momoka, Kurea and Youka are the same as their Alvark Tokyo jersey number.
- The numbers Minami, Kira, Toa and Ran use which are 6, 7, 8 and 9 are their orders of appearance in the Girls x Heroine Series within Girls2.
- However, Yuzuha's Oha Girl number was also 7 (due to her birthday being November 7).
