Ichi (1), mi (3), sanzan (3 3). The second one mentioned is いざ, さあ, やるぞ! 武士の政治 (iza, saa, yaruzo! bushi no seiji), which loosely translates to “well, now, here we go! Warrior politics.” The first three words serve as a mnemonic for the year the first Muromachi shogun took power. Iza (1 3), saa (3), ya (8). He had the backing of the samurai and was a descendant of samurai himself, hence my choice of translation "source".
