Policies listed here are for writing articles. Unless stated, they must be followed across the wiki, without exceptions.

| Language | The content of this wiki is expressed in English, both American and English ways of spelling. If a user's second language is English and they are not familiar with correct grammar and sentence structure, we can only ask that you have someone help you with the content you wish to provide here, as editing will be extremely difficult if you cannot properly understand or converse with others in the community. | |
| Categories | Categories are NOT hashtags, I repeat, they are not hashtags. Categories are not for a members horoscope. They are an "easy to locate" tool when there are multiple of the one thing.
Categories such as "Miyazaki Prefecture" are not relevant as there are only 2 members who are from there. This would only be helpful in larger member group wiki's like the 48's where there can be multiple people from the one location. Any irrelevant categories will be removed without warning. | |
| Trivia | The Trivia section is for actual relevant, proven facts related to the article. For anime articles, comparing two characters will be disregarded. | |
| Translations | Song titles have been translated to English for the purpose to allow fans to say titles easily. It is in no way disregarding the official titles. It is highly suggested you use the official titles unless stated so.
When you are in doubt of English translations of songs, it is suggested you ask an admin before making an edit. | |
| Names | Names are written in Western standards, therefore first name - surname. | |

This wiki is set up so a user (13+) must have a username in order to edit this wiki. Anyone without a username must create one if they want to edit but is free to browse the wiki without one. Usernames must not be named after an article or person in the wiki. You may not use the name Yuzuha Oda, but you may use Yuzuha Fan. If you do create such a username, please use Special:Contact to request to Fandom staff to change your account name. |
