| Kira hands out leaflets for a "Harajuku Dance Contest", but only 1 person from each team can participate. To take the representative seat, the Principal devises a plan where there will be one team of 3 formed from the 9 girls which causes sparks to fly. It seems that Kira, who is very enthusiastic in winning, has a rival who wants to participate and win. Meanwhile, Natsu visits the Principal's office and tells Manabu "I will never forgive you". What is the relationship between the two?!

| It’s finally summer vacation! Toa and the others are excitedly talking about summer holidays and being in regular clothes but former student council president Misaki tells them not to loosen up too much. Meanwhile, when trying to think of ghost stories as an idea for the next issue, the topic of “the Seven Mysteries of St. Girls Square Academy” is brought up while they’re sitting in a pitch black gymnasium. Despite the excited members trying to investigate, Misaki returns to the student council room alone but finds a single dance shoe on the landing.

They stick around a couple with a good atmosphere and become love cupids but there seems to be a slight misunderstanding!?

| Toa stares outside the school walls that she will stand on the stage of the Girls Arena however she doesn't know how to do it and worries as she sits in class. A.I Toa then appears asking her which unit would she like to join in which she eagerly replies South2. She begins to state that they are a perfect unit with members Youka, Kurea, Kira, and Misaki of whom she saw at the Girls Arena which then made her wish to join the unit. A.I Toa then states that it seems that she can't join because she wasn't chosen by the student council president Misaki, saying not everyone can join. A.I Toa suggests that she look for another unit but she spends the whole day looking but cannot find a unit that is as cute or cool. A.I wonder if no other person created a unit like that which Toa leaps up saying that she will.

The girl is caught off guard and begins to whimper as Toa asks her to join her unit. Another girl with yellow hair appears in which the other girl quickly hid behind her. Toa asks them if they would join her group but they say they can't because they're their own unit, East2.

| Ran introduces herself as Ran, as well as introducing Yuzuha, the shy girl hiding behind her. She explains they're both in the unit East2, which leads to Toa asking what kind of group they are like. Saying it was hard to explain, Ran shows her a video of East2 performing "Cherry Blossom Road" live. Toa exclaims in excitement that they're like South2. The two cheer her on as Toa continues her search.

| Toa contemplates having to search for members again on a bench but she states that she's beginning to like East2 and wonders if there are any other groups like that. A.I Toa tells her that there is and begins to explain how there are girls all over the nation who attend the school. She proceeds to encourage Toa to practice so that she can stand on the Girls Arena stage, Toa agrees to say she wants to shine like South2 and their member Youka. A.I Toa teases her saying she can't do that yet. Class begins but she's distracted, thinking about South2 and wondering if they're practicing. She continues to imagine what it would be like if Youka was her teacher, teaching her to make up and dance. Then wondering if she'll be able to perform one day with her. | ||

| On the school roof, Youka, along with her crutches, leans on the railings when Misaki approaches from behind. Feeling down, Youka tells her that she is unable to perform as well anymore because of her leg injury but Misaki begs to differ, saying South2 would be incomplete. However, Youka says that the South2 with only Misaki, Kurea, and Kira is perfect as is. She walks away looking down, leaving Misaki behind. As class ends, A.I warn her that if she lazes around she won't be able to get enough Girls Points to stand on the Girls Arena stage. Toa asks her what Girls Points (GP) are anyway, to which she explains that they are points that allow you to stand on the Girls Arena. Toa wonders who gives out the points, letting A.I smirk and explain that it is the A.I's on their phones who give it to them. So the points that Toa gathers, A.I Toa will tally, so they have to listen to everything the A.I's say. Toa exclaims that she will work hard to collect the Girls Points.

| Toa walks around the schoolyard and wonders where her dance classes are located. During her walk, she encounters a girl whose crutches fell down. When the girl picked them back up, Toa notices that the girl is Youka from South² and she immediately introduces herself and tells Youka that she transferred to St. Girls Square Academy all because of her performance at the Girls Arena. In a quiet tone, Youka says that she isn't a part of South² anymore, but Toa doesn't properly hear what Youka said and asks her to repeat it. Youka then responds with "It's nothing, good luck." and leaves the schoolyard. Once Youka left the schoolyard, Toa wonders why Youka had an injured leg but suddenly, A.I. Toa informs Toa that a school meeting is about to start in the school hall, which surprises and shocks Toa.

| While running towards the school hall, Toa makes it in time and enters the hall and sees South² performing their song "Shining You Shining Me yume no chikara de". Toa is mesmerised by their performance but quickly realizes that Youka isn't performing with them and wonders if it's because of her leg injury. After the performance, South²'s Misaki announces to everyone that this year's "Girls Activities" are underway and the crowd goes wild. After announcing that, Misaki looks at Youka, who is hiding in a dark corner, far away from everyone else.

| At the school garden, Toa sits on the bench thinking about South2's performance and wonders why Youka wasn't there. She proceeds to think of a variety of reasons as to why. Asking A.I Toa if she knew, the A.I searches the internet and finds rumors about Youka and Misaki's conversation where Youka wants to leave South2. Toa is worried that the rumors are true. Watching them is their teacher. Entering the garden, two girls speaking in Kansai dialect appear to Toa. Not knowing who they are, the two introduce themselves as Momoka and Minami, members of the unit west2.

| West2 introduces themselves to Toa who is enjoying their presence. Meanwhile, A.I Momoka and A.I Minami cheer them on. The two begin a small skit where Momoka imitates a gorilla which sends the two A.I's and Toa into fits of laughter. The girls explain that those smiles are why they perform. They proceed to perform their song "Whatcha x2" but it suddenly garners a huge crowd which shocks Toa.

| After West²'s performance, Toa continues on her search to finding members for her group. She tries to get everyone's attention with a megaphone and brochures but it ends up not working. Not giving up, she makes a stand where she chows down on food as much as possible. This quickly gathers everyone's attention, especially the student council members, Kurea and Kira. A.I Kurea shows Kurea that Toa didn't talk to the student council about setting up the stand and Kira shows her the consequences of not getting the student council's approval for something like this. Toa runs away from them whilst apologizing.

| Yuzuha and Ran from East² come up to Toa, telling her that they have something they would want to talk to Toa about and escort her to the school's balcony. Yuzuha and Ran ask Toa if she would like to join the group East² whilst explaining the reason why they want her to join. Their reasons were that the group was missing Toa's bright, positive attitude and her determination which results in her never giving up.

| On the school balcony, Ran and Yuzuha tell Toa that they're being serious and that she doesn't have to reply quickly. However, Toa is worried if she can make anybody smile with her performance which the two encourage her by saying she can because she has the ability to attract people such as them. Tearing up, Toa explains how she wanted to stand on the Girls Arena but despite there being so many amazing units, she was all alone. Ran gives her a hug, telling her not to cry while Yuzuha says she's no longer alone because they can do their best together. The now 3 member East2 performs their song "Ready Set GO!". Toa thanks the two for allowing her into their group.

| In the lesson room, the new 3 membered east2 begin their lessons. Taking a break, Ran places a cold drink on Toa's face which scares her. Yuzuha asks her if she's studying for the test to which she looks up confused, leaving Ran to wonder if she even knows the test system. Toa explains she forgot. A.I Toa asks the other two A.I's what their studying methods are. A.I Ran explains that Ran focuses on the points and A.I Yuzuha explains that Yuzuha goes through them all equally. Ran asks Toa what is required to stand on the Girls Arena, with Toa answering "Girl's Points" enthusiastically. Yuzuha proceeds to then ask her how the points are collected, with Toa answering "Girl Activities" but Ran asks her what else. A.I Toa gives her a hand by reminding her of the east2 performance she had watched. As Toa answers "performance" Yuzuha says that the Girls Activities are not just about performing but about school and unit activities too. The more views your video has, the more points you get. While the Girls Activities are important, the target is Girl's Points which the A.I give. Next week, they'll tackle the exam questions. Yuzuha cheers Toa on even though she's a little unsure.

| Toa begins with the Performing Arts Exams. The first part of the exam is the "Art" part from then ame Performing Arts Exams. The units compete in many things, such as painting their nails, making accessories, and stylizing hair for the other students. Everyone does well in the exams. After the exams end, A.I. Toa asks Toa how the exam was. Toa describes it to her that it was difficult since she was really nervous and her hands were shaky. A.I. Toa cheers Toa on and reminds her that there's a part two to this exam. Upon hearing this, Toa gets motivated and excited.

| The teacher Takuro announces that this year's summer exams are taking place and that during this exam, all Girl Points earned during one's performance will be doubled. After his speech, East2 were the first ones to perform. When the performance ended, West2 and South2 complimented their performance but both groups agreed that something was missing and that something was the group's "Harmony".

| Toa, Yuzuha, and Ran go on a shopping trip to the mall. The 3 take a look at bows while Misaki picks up a revealing swimsuit and show sit off to Kurea and Kira. Momoka and Minami are in the changing rooms where Momoka proceeds to try on several outfits which annoys Minami. All the 3 units are shopping in the same store, but none of them cross paths with each other. Toa leaves the store with her 6 bags of purchases, followed by Yuzuha with her 1 bag and Ran with her 2 Bags. A.I. Toa proceeds to point out all the purchases she's made, which gets her a scolding from Ran. Toa then jumps up exclaiming that everything's fine.

| For the first training camp lesson, the groups meet at the beach and Misaki gives everyone an introduction to what the training camp is and that the teams will be made by their A.I's. After Misaki's speech, the groups end up doing activities on the beach with the first activity being Capture the flag and the last being suikawari, a game where you have to hit a watermelon with a baseball bat blindfolded. After that, the groups get a break time and everyone's playing around on the beach except for Youka. Misaki comforts Youka telling her that as the student council members, they will do the activities together, but Youka refuses, saying that she does not want to participate in this year's training camp. Hearing her reply, Misaki leaves her alone and tells her that they will wait for her by the water if she changes her mind.

| The groups meet at the woods for the second summer training camp lesson. South² explains to everyone that today they will go hiking in the mountains and to be careful because the path is dangerous. Momoka and Minami share their concerns saying that the path is too giddy but Takuro reassures them, saying that if anything happens, he will come and save them. After that, each group goes their own separate way.
During South²'s hike, Kurea and Kira struggle to keep up with Misaki. With Kurea telling her that she might get lost and Kira saying that this path is hard to climb for beginners. Misaki gives them both a reply. To Kurea, she says that the path is a straight road, so she doesn't need to worry about getting lost. To Kira, she responds with that there is more to this than just climbing. This reply leaves both Kurea and Kira confused. During West2's hike, Minami gives up halfway, telling Momoka to go on without her. This angers Momoka as she scolds Minami for leaving her partner behind during a time like this. After being scolded, Minami stands up with a smile on her face and agrees with Momoka, saying that without her, Momoka always goes bonkers. The two continue on with their hike. During East2's climb, Yuzuha becomes extremely tired, and Ran suggests for her to take a break. However, Yuzuha tells her that she can't because she made a promise with her hands that she will complete this training camp. Toa sneaks up behind the two and tells them to go on. South2 end up being the first ones to successfully climb the mountain, with West2 being the second and East2 the last. September 21, 2020 | ||

| After the hike, Takuro explains to everyone that they will be cooking for the third summer training camp lesson. Ran and Kurea forms a group that will make the pizza. Minami, Yuzuha, and Kira make a group that will make the BBQ. Momoka, Misaki and Toa end up forming a group that will make Curry. While preparing the rice, Toa is relieved to see that all the groups are perfectly balanced. Meanwhile, the fire that heats up the rice becomes weak and Toa is unsure what to do to fix it. As she begins putting a piece of large wood into the fire, Youka stops her, telling her that if she wants to make the fire stronger, she needs to put thinner wood in it like tree branches and explains to Toa that the wood has to be in harmony for the flames to get stronger. Hearing those words, Toa looks over to the groups and Youka tells her to quit staring at them. All groups finish their food and begin eating. While enjoying her BBQ, Toa notices Youka sitting alone by a rock far away from everyone else and encourages her to eat together with everyone else.

| It's the last day of the summer camp and the units will have to do a performance showcase at the beach. South2 goes first and they perform their song. Toa observes their performance to see what she should do better in her group's performance. West2 goes second and Toa does the same, but this time after the performance, A.I Minami compliments West2 on their harmony, making Toa remember the words Youka said to her earlier. She realizes what she and her group did wrong, which was that they weren't together in harmony. Their performance ends up being a success and the other groups tell them that they finally came to the starting line and that they got it down.

| The world of A.I.s is revealed to us viewers for the first time as A.I. Toa announces that it's time for the first Girls Points tally. Up first, A.I. members of south2 go on stage and tell everyone the various activites South2 did, afterwards they tell everyone South2s Girls Point tally, which is 10,296 Girls Points in this episode and on wards. Next up are West2 and West2 A.I.s do the same thing South2 A.I. did, then they announce their Girls Points tally which is 8.167 Girls Points in this episode and on wards. A.I. Toa then announces that a great unit is next and with a push of a button, the ground starts breaking, pulling a "east2" sign out of the ground. The other units are annoyed by this, but Ran goes on and tells everyone the various activites East2 did and their Girls Points tally, which is 4.992 Girls Points. A.I. Toa ends this point tally session by announcing that South2 and West2 will perform at a charity event.

| After West2s off-screen performance, Momoka and Minami go backstage only to see Teacher Takuro with a troubled face. After asking him what's wrong, the screen cuts to the audience, where East2 talks about how different and better West2 became because of the summer training camp. During this conversation, Yuzuha asks if they gotten better, to which Toa and Ran reassure her that they did. Afterwards, Ran notices that South2 is late. After pointing this out, the big screen in the charity event shows a call with South2 with them explaining to everyone that they've gotten stuck in some car traffic and that they might not make it in time for the Live performance. They apologise and end the call. As everyone looks around perplexed, they get met with a surprise, which is that West2 will perform yet again on stage.

| West2 is on stage again, joking around to buy South2 some time. During their jokes, a flashback is shown to the viewer where Momoka is talking to Minami, stating that they should leave everything to them for now. Misaki agrees and the flashback ends. West2 then begins to perform Sa ×3 Saiko and after the performance, Momoka and Minami announce that a surprise team will perform next, that team turns out to be East2. Confused, East2 doesn't know what to do, but upon quick thinking, they decide to go on stage.

| Upon being called unexpectedly on stage, East2 decides to perform their song Nee!. The audience is quickly drawn onto them and they start giving East2 Girls Points. During the performance however, South2 comes to the event late, only to be greeted with East2 performing on stage with everyone enjoying their songs. After their performance, Kurea states that East2 saved them there to which Misaki agrees to. Misaki adds that instead of being completely perfect, South2 is being a complete failure. Upon hearing this, concern arises from Kurea and Kira's faces. Hiding in the crowd is Youka, mumbling to herself what she's even doing.

| It's autumn and South2, the student council have to read through a lot of documents because they're in charge of what, where and how the events in the St. Girls Square Academy festival will be like. Misaki tells the two that they must be great help to the students during the festival. After Misaki tells them this, A.I. Misaki says that if only Youka was there with them which then the screen then cuts to Youka being alone on the school rooftop. A.I. Youka asks Youka if she's having fun, to which Youka replies back with that she cannot have fun if she's alone. After some time, South2 finish the festival preporations, with Misaki telling Kurea and Kira that the festival will be funnest one yet.

| Toa's out in the St. Girls Square Festival having fun until she spots Kurea and Kira talking with one another with concerning faces. After eavesdropping for a bit, Toa finds out that South2 might disband. Rumors start spreading like wild fire throughout the whole entire Academy, which makes Toa panic as to what she should do. During her panicking, she hears the song Never Give Up ~Utsumukazu Kao wo Ue e Agete~ and investigates where it came from. To her surprise, it's Youka dancing to the song. Toa then tells Youka about the disbandment rumors to which Youka replies with that she cannot do anything about it since she's no longer in South2. | After being left by Toa, Youka thinks about what Toa said to her and gathers the courage to speak with Misaki about the disbandment rumors. Youka comes in abrudly into the student council office and talks to Misaki, stating that she should not disband South2. Misaki argues back saying that she shouldn't have a right to say something like that since she's the one who left and wanted the group to disband in the first place. Youka then replies back to her that she saw everyone in the unit as a friend. While she was speaking, she gets interrupted by Misaki who, at this point, is begging her to come back to the unit already, stating that in order for South2 to be completed, Youka need to be in it.. After some silence passes, Youka tells her that's why she came to the student council office in the first place. Upon hearing this, Misaki clears up the rumors and tells her what the rumors really were off camera.

| South2 perform their new song "Congratulations ~Door of New Dreams~". When finished, Misaki exclaims at how perfect it was before thanking Kira, Kurea and Youka. While they awe in praise and happiness, Youka warns them to not calm down just yet as the scariest team have yet to perform. East2 are revealed to enter the stage.

| East2 wait at the wings as they wait for their turn to perform. Yuzuha and Ran comfort Toa who is slightly nervous. Just then a bell rings, which A.I Toa reminds them that it's nearly their turn to perform.

| East2 perform their new song "Tsunagu!". Upon the completion of the performance, Mr Takuro comes up on stage as the two other teams join him. East2, South2 and West2 wait for the voting results.

| The 3 teams stand on stage as they await for the results to be announced. As it's calculating, the south2 and west2 members congratulate east2 on their performance. Suddenly, the lights turn off and the spotlight hits those on stage. On screen, it's revealed that all 3 teams are tied with 19.99 points. Unsure as to whether they're first or not, Toa shouts out that they should connect together. Amidst their confusion, Toa looks back on her time alone, joining a team, and points out everybody's skills. She concludes by saying they should all form one unit together. The girls smile and ultimately yell out that they approve.

| The new formed 9 member group, Girls2, perform their song "Centimeter" for the first time on the Girls Arena stage. As their performance ends, Misaki and Youka push Toa forward who formally introduces the group.

| After performing Centimeter, the 9 girls wait back stage exclaiming about the performance. As they talk, the audience yell for an encore much to their pleasant surprise. They return to the stage with new dresses as they perform the Girls2 version of east2's song "Tsunagu!". Toa notices a little girl who reminded her of herself when she was inspired to stand on the Girls Arena stage. Once the performance ends, Toa holds out her hands and calls out to the girl, saying to join them regardless if they'll be rivals because they can still be friends.

| In class, Toa sulks in her seat due to boredom. Ran and Yuzuha watch her as she leaves to go find where everybody else is. She walks into the student council room and finds Misaki and Youka packing up a suitcase. Youka tells her that they have something important to tell her. The two reveal that they'll be going to New York to better their skills much to Toa's dismay, exclaiming what will become of Girls2. They also inform her that Kira and Kurea will be going to Los Angeles, and Momoka and Minami will be going to Shanghai. Extremely upset, Toa barges out of the room.

| After Youka and Misaki inform Toa that they will going to New York, Kira and Kurea were going to Los Angeles, and Momoka and Minami were going to Shanghai, Toa barges out of the room upset and sits on a bench. At the school gate, the girls get ready to leave, Misaki sudden reveals to Ran that she'll leave the position of student council president to her - much to Ran's shock. Yuzuha backs her up, with Ran giving her the position of vice. Though Toa has not yet arrived, the 6 girls begin to leave - wishing St. Girls Square Academy farewell. After walking towards the gate for a bit, Toa rushes towards them to cheer them on, before giving them her best "Toa Smile" because they will always be connected.
